Legend Diving is located in the peaceful tropical paradise islands of Bali. We are a very busy 5* PADI IDC center looking for a Dive Manager to join our operation in ???? ?????????. This is a long-term position with a working permit. As Dive Manager, you will be in charge of: - Oversee the dive center’s daily operation - Minimize logistical costs, while maximizing additional sales - Work and effectively communicate with all the staff - Oversee the maintenance and servicing of the diving equipment - Reporting to the Director Your profile: - PADI renewed OWSI or higher with a minimum of 3 years of managing experience - Fluent English mandatory and Indonesian (even basic) will be a huge plus - People person, autonomous, friendly. - Able to commit to a long-term contract. - Solid admin and organization skills - Strong Leadership abilities - Customer service orientated - Work Load Office 80% Diving 20% - IT knowledge - Comfortable living on a small Lembongan Island Contract Conditions: - Percentage of the gross income - Performance Bonus - Food Allowance - Visa and working permit (Kitas) If you fit the profile and feel this opportunity is for you, this position is open IMMEDIATELY! The candidate shall research available and emerging technologies and work with the customer diving program manager to identify areas where technology advances in diving and maritime operations can benefit the customer. Specifically, the candidate should look for solutions to technology gaps, resource protection, and enhanced equipment training methodology that will save training time, funding, or enhance combat survivability of operators during water operations. Technical: The candidate shall assist the customer by providing technical experience in the operation and maintenance of assigned diving equipment, boats, and outboard motors, and operate boats during unit dive operations at the discretion of the customer. In addition, candidate dive locker candidates shall support development of waterborne operations procedures designed to enhance the combat readiness and collective skills of customer operator personnel.

This position is replacing a Master Diver who's looking to retire but would like to cross train / data dump to the incoming Master Diver which shouldn't take more than 1 week.
